What Do We Offer






Ask a dozen people 'What is fitness?' and you will probably receive a dozen different answers.

To some, fitness is the ability to run a marathon, to others just being able to run up the stairs without getting out of breath. Whilst others will look at the physiques of bodybuilders and think that they are 'fit'.

My definition of Total Fitness:

The ability to handle whatever comes your way without undue stress.

There are many facets to being fit.

- Enjoying the great outdoors, be it walking, paddling, cycling or one of the numerous winter sports available right on our doorstep.
- Throwing down with the children without getting out of breath.
- Lifting and moving objects.
- Running for the bus.
- Competing in Contact / Combat Sports.
